Is Kizuna the same as SuiteCRM?
SuiteCRM is open-source customer relationship management software. Kizuna is an independent managed hosting platform for SuiteCRM. We are not representing ourselves as the SuiteCRM project or its official hosting service.
Will my CRM be available immediately?
Onboarding is manual. After you send a request, we confirm your requirements and provision your environment through our private operations console. We email you when it is ready; sending a request does not automatically create an account.
What about email, integrations, and customization?
SuiteCRM outbound email uses a provider you configure. Campaign delivery, scheduled automation, migrations, integrations, and custom development need separate discussion. Ask us about your requirements before choosing a plan.
What backup, support, and cancellation terms apply?
We confirm backup retention, recovery arrangements, support availability, data export, cancellation, and retention terms directly before signup. This website does not promise a response-time or uptime SLA.
How is my signup information used?
This website prepares an email locally in your browser. Your request reaches Kizuna only when you send that email. We use the business contact information and requirements you send to respond and arrange onboarding. Your email provider and hosting provider may process email and ordinary access logs. Contact the signup inbox for questions or to request deletion of your enquiry. No advertising analytics or tracking cookies are added by this site.
